Congressional Oversight Commission to Host Under Secretary Ellen Lord in Teleconference

The Congressional Oversight Commission will host the Honorable Ellen M. Lord, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, in a teleconference on Friday, December 18.  At the request of the Department of Defense (DOD), the teleconference will not be broadcast.
